Shipping

  • All items ship via USPS or UPS. I work a FT job along with my online business and do my best to ship quickly, but please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: $7.95 to the 48 contiguous U.S. states (excludes Hawaii and Alaska). We do not ship internationally.
  • Please ensure your mailing address is correct. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Returns & Refunds

Because most of our items are made to order, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review photos and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • Your order arrives damaged (see β€œDamages” policy below), or
  • We made an error in fulfilling your order.

Order cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided work has not already begun.


Damages

If your order arrives damaged, you must report it to us within 24 hours of the package being marked delivered on the USPS or UPS tracking system.

To qualify for a refund:

  1. Provide clear photos of the damage.
  2. Keep the original box and product so the carrier can inspect it.

Without photos and packaging, we cannot validate a claim or issue a refund. In those cases, you will need to submit a claim directly with the carrier.
